ATOM is the Cook Islands’ first directly accessed Green Climate Fund grant, improving the resilience of health facilities and emergency centres at vulnerable outer-island sites and strengthening health- information systems. Official material reports support to 30 communities and 22 health facilities and emergency centres, with direct benefits estimated at around 15,000 people.
